I’m Tye Spierings, Cashflow Property Solutions is my company and we are a property investment, property development and finance company.

Our areas of expertise are small, highly profitable real estate transactions.  I don’t see the point in speculating and losing money on property deals, I like low risk investments, with solid returns.

As you can see from the information to the right, I’ve owned and transacted a lot of property over the years and while it might look impressive, not all of these investments were a gold mine.

In hindsight, I jumped into the market to eagerly, I’m certainly from the school of hard knocks but that prompted me to get better educated and the strategy I’ve devised will allow me to retire very easy, and very early.

Before I do retire easy, I’m going to share the strategy I’ve developed with like minded property investors.
